The FP9/VCC-20ULS is a pump designed for ice machines requiring a low profile pump due to space restrictions.  Most ice machines will drain using gravity and this pump will not only extend your draining range approximately 10 ft from the machine but will also allow you to tap into an existing drain which is higher than the unit such as a standard sink drain.  Installation is simple and will simply need to tap into the existing drain with standard hardware.  The unit runs automatically so there is no worry of burning out the motor when there is no water flow of it the ice machine is turned off.
